Marsha Thorson, MSPH
Marsha is a Colorado native, growing up on a cattle ranch. Professionally, her background includes health policy and health services research at the University of Colorado, public service at the Mesa County Health Department, and managing two independent family practice clinics in Crested Butte and Gunnison Colorado over the past 15 years. She also served as a member of Colorado’s Primary Care Payment Reform Collaborative. She and her husband Eric, a family physician, enjoy skiing, hiking, and cooking together, usually accompanied by in-depth discussions about our dysfunctional health care system.
